The overwhelming mental inertia to stay idle on a Monday morning at office in spite of planning everything in your head while driving to office ( and also during the weekend) about what your are going to do each hour of this working week.

And, also its a perfect plan. No rush, its systematic and it should work. But somehow, you still don’t put the pen on paper. Your mind is still wavering about just starting with it. Its, not that you are sitting idle. You are doing things. Things that are helpful but not really part of the plan which is still looming in your brain and getting bigger every passing minute.

Can we just simplify and call it just “procrastination” or is it a much larger complex thing? You are a responsible person. You do care about being efficient and worry about stuff like deadlines and deliverables. But, NO ! you don’t move. Can, we say the heart is not at the right place to get your arms dirty and finish what you brain intends to do.

OK let me stop and again try my best to start with what i wanted to do. But, let me get a coffee first and quickly check X if the world is alright and i am not late to whatever the world knows already….
